We at Cladceil, pride ourselves on our staff having the training and experience to see a job through from survey stage, through estimating, to running the project, removing any possibility of misinterpreting your requirements when being passed between departments.

Our extensive knowledge of the latest systems and our safety record on building envelope projects over many years means that we can successfully and safely undertake both new builds and refurbishment of existing buildings. We are CHAS and SMAS Accredited.

We have an experienced and knowledgeable Estimating team that offer fully detailed free quotations based on site measures, Bill of Quantities or full take off from your drawings. They can offer alternative details or value engineering at an early stage to assist you in your own bid and keeping the costs within the Clients budget.

The Design team are experienced in many of the industry’s leading roofing and cladding products and systems. They produce full CAD drawings including details from site dimensions and detailed architects or steelworks drawings to meet your requirements and where possible offer value engineering solutions. At project completion they will also issue all O & M information required.

The Contracts team are all suitably experienced and Health and Safety qualified and committed to ensuring projects are completed on time, to budget and to a high standard of quality. They will visit site prior to works commencing and issue all Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH Assessments required after consultation with your site staff.

We carry out all manner of works ranging from repairs to full building roof and wall envelope.
